Hospital is situated at a very prime & easily approachable area of Kanpur city. Hospital is well equipped with all high-tech latest machines. Specialities are advanced cataract surgery by Phaco-emulsification Glucoma imaging, Retina service medical & surgical treatment, Occuloplasty unit, Lasik Laser, Yag Laser, A-scan, B-scan, O.C.T., Green Laser, IOL Master, Visual field analyser (Automated Perimetry), Computerised tonometry, Auto refract meter. Hospital has four regular consultants and four visiting surgeons of different specialities.
Core Area of Expertise
From the very start aim of the organization was to serve the old needy cataract blind people so we are expertise in advance cataract surgery by Phacoemulsification technique. We are also promoting MICS latest technology of cataract surgery.
We are working mainly in the area of the Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat & Unnao where old blind persons are physically & economically dependent on others & they are living with a feeling of helplessness. We are identifying the curable cataract blind patient & bringing them to the base hospital. Thus making them physically self dependent this way they can earn their bread & butter with their own and move comfortably for their day to day activities. Our aim is to provide them longevity with quality life.
Mission
Making Identified Areas Cataract free Zone. We will organize free Eye check up camps at various underserved areas and after identifying the needy old cataract blind persons we will bring then to the base hospital in our own vehicles. After complete medical & pathological examination quality IOL surgery will be done. Pre operative, post operative medicine, food, glasses & spectacles will be provided by organization & patient will be dropped back to the screening site next day. Regular follow ups will be done for a month at screening sites.
Vision
Irradicate Curable Blindness. To provide quality hitech medical service to the poor older and under privileged cataract blind persons. Our aim under this Project is to serve the older needy patients by treating curable blindness and making them physically and financially self dependant. This way we are giving them good quality life and longevity.
